What I learned about marketing during a pandemic from Dylan Thomas, et al
Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Let’s look the big ugly one square in the eye – we’re in the middle of a big mess and no one, no one, knows exactly what to do. So here’s a suggestion:
Let’s not hide until it blows over, if it does. Let’s get bold. Loud. We’re already home so we might as well go big.

I’d like you to do two things, for Pablo, starting now:
- Reach out to all your customers, ask these questions, and really, really listen. Ask how they are. Ask them how they intend to stay in business. Ask how you can help on each. It’s time.
- Reach out to everyone in your sales funnel and do exactly the same.
